My husband goes down to check in at 10 am- lady tells him why do you come down here you should use Ivy. Tropicana now has a stupid Ivy system that texts you- I told Ivy what had happened and she said nothing she could do at that time but rest assure if we went downstairs first thing in the morning they would fix it. Which he did he just forgot to tell us it was a smoking room and when I say smoking I mean smoking. Guy tells me he is so sorry no problem he will upgrade us to a much nicer room a suit. Walked down to the check in desk stood in line 90 minutes. Chelsea tower was always an option I could have booked but I didn’t. When we checked in at the kiosk we were assigned to the Chelsea tower. We booked and paid for a west tower room.
